Galvin at Windows, London, England ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Within the Hilton Park Lane in London, high up on the 28th floor sits one of the most amazing bars I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Once you step inside Galvin at Windows, you’re hit with so much natural light and then you see the views. Seeing London from this high up shows how beautiful the mix of old and modern architecture is.

The servers were dressed classy and were very friendly and proper. You can tell that the staff go through extensive training before being able to serve tables here. They were always circulating the room (in a casual way), to ensure all guests were enjoying themselves and to be available if a guest needed something.

I had the “singular expression” which consisted of absolute elyx, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, cucumber, mint, gomme syrup, franklin and son’s lemonade. It was SO tasty and refreshing!! It was more tart than sweet, and oh so crisp.

My partner had a classic gin & tonic, made with Tanqueray No.Ten and Franklin & son’s tonic water. Galvin at Windows serves their G&T’s with a slice of grapefruit, and the bottle of tonic on the side so you can add it to your preference. Not being a huge G&T fan, I did try this one and it was unreal!

There is something to be said for the quality ingredients that Galvin at Windows uses, it makes a huge difference in taste. With quality ingredients comes the high end price, however it was worth it. It was certainly a treat to enjoy a cocktail in such an unique bar, I loved every moment of it. Hard to not rate Galvin at Windows 5/5 stars!

Until next time,
